Shortlist of song choices with pros and cons

The specials-Ghost town-2001-Alternative/Indie- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZ2oXzrnti4

Pro's
This song would fit the codes and conventions of the video I am trying to create. It fits the genre  because it has a slow pace and tempo. Also the lyrics fit well to the setting that I want to base my music video as they are talking about a ghost town and I want the location of my video to be in a old peoples home.

Con's
The disadvantage of this song is that it does not match my target audience from my research that I collected. This song would be aimed at a much older mature audience than who I am planning to aim my music video at.

50 cent - In da club -2003-Pop,Hip-hop/rap- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5qm8PH4xAss

Pro's
This is a world famous song that matches my target audience. The idea of the juxtaposition between pop, hip hop/rap and a old peoples home actually would be very interesting to the viewer and if done correctly could be very effective.

Con's
The draw backs of using this song would be that it might be too different to the visuals and viewer would not accept the contrast and dislike the music video.

Outkast-Hey ya-2003-Hip,hop/rap- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWgvGjAhvIw

Pro's
Very up beat song with catchy lyrics so would definitely be catchy.

Con's
the down side to using this song would be that it is very fast so will be hard to match and edit to the pace of the old people.

Jake Gooding-Pain-2018-Hip,hop/pop- (Song is not accompanied by visuals, so there is no examples of a matching music video)

Pro's
Great chance to work with a close friend performing his own music. Love his song and previous music.

Con's
Less well known name some people will have never listened to the artist.
